Forum merge

I have merged El Degas Discussion and El Degas Showcase into a new forum called El Degas Show & Tell.

There really was no need to have those two forums split, and new topics that "belonged" in one or the other forum were being posted somewhat randomly in one or the other. It would be an on-going chore to always be on top of moving and merging new topics, so the best thing was to simply merge the two forums together.
