The headstock and full photos are not of the same instrument.

Yes, I've seen this ad. The 2nd pic is the headstock of a Bass. Looks exactly like mine. Hard to figure this one out...
Maybe the guy had a bunch of gear he was selling and got the pics mixed up? I did a Tinyeye search....no match on either pics....
