Oh Pierre....I love that LP!!!!
That's the exact configuration and colour I want! You lucky bugger!
It looks like there's hardly a mark on it. Gorgeous!
Did you replace the machine heads or did she come that way? And what's the deal with the top two mounted on an angle?

Just beautiful!. Thanks for the pix!
I agree that the wine red LP is very nice! Excellent pickup configuration as well - looks like a Super Distortion bridge / PAF neck.
Barry, I see the screw holes fromt he oiginal covered machine head tuners, so those Grovers must be new.
I started ElDegas.com many years ago to help celebrate and inform about El Degas instruments. It all started with a used Ric 4000 bass copy I bought in circa 2000.
El Degas stable as of 03/2022: 42 (13 bass, 26 electric, 3 acoustic)

Right, that's why I asked. Pierre is an avid collector not an original owner so my question was aimed at whether he bought it from the previous owner that way or mod'd it himself.

Barry, the guitar came with all the upgrades done on it! Dimarzio and Grovers.. The previous and only owner upgraded to a $2500 Gibby and almost gave this one to me
His wife made him sell it... He was not allowed to have to many.... I could have his wife call yours... ( Barry) ..... !
Trust me when I say that he was not really interested in selling... It also came with OHD...
