Could you post some photos?

I don't imagine there's a large demand, but I would be you could at least double your $10 investment if you find the right buyer  . Seriously, though, I have no idea on what the demand would be for an El Degas ukelele, in order to give a value.
I started ElDegas.com many years ago to help celebrate and inform about El Degas instruments. It all started with a used Ric 4000 bass copy I bought in circa 2000.

El Degas stable as of 03/2022: 42  (13 bass, 26 electric, 3 acoustic)

It's certainly worth something, I was being facetious. Unfortunately I'm not sure what value to place on it since it's such a niche product and might be seen by some to be more of a novelty.

If it helps at all, we sell Fender brand ukes from time to time at the store. The basic mahogany model sells for just $99. Nothing fancy, kinda small but a real instrument. They go up (of course) depending on size and built in electronics, to about $299 for the larger (baritone?) with a single cut away, like a guitar. No kidding.
