Looks like an OK fixer-upper for somebody, cheap enough too.
Kinda confused about that bridge though...if this is a Martin clone I don't think it should have screw height adjusters?! Seems to me that kinda thing was more a Gibson'sh feature

Quite possibly a user mod so they could get some more tweaking on the action.
