The Les Paul copy may be Matsumoku made, and if the P-bass copy is like mine... I don't know about this elusive "mojo", but I absolutely love the way mine plays and sounds.
He is asking quite a lot of money though.

Some of us here, myself included, are fairly certain that some of the ED's originated in the Matsumoku plant, but I don't think is one of them. This guy is throwing around every buzz term out there in order to show up on search engines. If he has proof of the Mats connection then he's the only person I know who does....and we'd best challenge him on it. Nobody here has been able to find a definitive connection yet.
70's era Mats guitars typically have "Steel Adjustable Neck" stamped on the neck plate. This one is plain. And there are likely other dicrepancies. That's not to say it's not a good guitar, most likely made by FujiGen or the like. It's still looks like good quality. That buckle rash on the back is really bad and will take a lot to refinish. Might be worth it if it was a genuine Mats, but this is probably over priced.

It's overpriced to be sure - I'd place it in the 150-250 range, probably on the low end due to the buckle rash.
I'm not going to challenge his claims on the Mats term. He can't prove it, and I can't disprove it. eBay is the home of outrageous claims, and I trust that he won't see the money he's asking.
