I've always considered getting a banjo but I am pretty sure I'd not know my ass from my elbow if I tried to play it

I'm a little confused here. Found this ad for the same banjo (?)

Pictures are different and the price on this one is only CAD$223 instead of $425.
The addresses are different but in the same generally area, so...?

I figure it MUST be a different seller - that price difference is just too much.
At $225 I am much more tempted!
