El Degas GL 36

Absolutely beautifull sounding guitar.....Bought last summer from the original owner here in Wpg...he bought it new and never learned to play it....he said the odd friend would pick it up and strum a little, otherwise it was on display and his wife would dust it once a week or it was it's case, so it's in mint condition.

Yet another beauty. And in unbelievable condition too!
You don't see a lot of the Guild style head stocks.

Do you happen to know which woods were used. I have the exact same guitar in mint condition and I can’t find any info on her.
The inlays are beautiful and it’s got an amazing sound. Similar to the d55

I don't know for certain but judging by the pix I'd guess Spruce top, Brazilian Rosewood back, sides and fretboard, and Mahogany neck.

Barry's likely right on the money on the woods. Most of the MIJ MT- and GL- models seem to have that wood combo.
