I recently purchased a Kit from their eBay store and I got excellent service from a young fella named Jason, whose wife gave birth just as he was about to ship my stuff! Um, it got delayed a bit
I have now used it on the El Degas GB25 with very good results. The shine and finish is amazingly good after just one application. I have always used Martin guitar polish but this seems to be superior both in shine results and in residual protection.
It can't remove bruising and deep finish cracks but it does remove or greatly lessen pick haze, light scratching, and general dullness much more effectively than plain liquid polish.
I have also used it on my Westone which has a high gloss black finish, and my Ovation Elite which has a glossy natural wood finish. Black guitars and black cars are both buggers to keep clean and shiny, but again, not a bad result after a light application, and the natural wood finish on the Ovation really looks beautiful again. It had quite a bit of pick haze which has now been minimized.
The kit that I bought has 2 types of polish plus a micro fibre application towel. One polish has silicone the other does not. Both smell like almonds so I'm betting that ground up almond shells is the secret ingredient.
Just one caution though, this stuff is for glossy finishes only. You can't use it on a flat or matte finish. Best to check with them first if in doubt. They're very good at communication and accommodation.
