The eBay listing is now gone, but I think that was a guy who emailed me for info. I gave him info on the bass and then his listing had some crazy history of B&J. I emailed a more "proper" somewhat accepted history of B&J from what I and others have pieced together but I do not know if he ever revised his listing... Oh well!
I started ElDegas.com many years ago to help celebrate and inform about El Degas instruments. It all started with a used Ric 4000 bass copy I bought in circa 2000.

El Degas stable as of 03/2022: 42 :shock: (13 bass, 26 electric, 3 acoustic)

I'm seeing a lot of this sort of nonsense on eBay lately, sellers who don't know what they're talking about. Instead of saying they don't know and encouraging some response from potential buyers, they just make stuff up! It's rampant right now with anything to do with Matsumoku made instruments too. It's driving Mats collectors nutz!
