ES345 copy on the Bay

Nice but very pricey :shock:

Interestingly the seller states the p'ups are Maxon. That would indicate a Fujigen build, no ?

I wonder how the seller ID'ed the pickups as Maxon? I admit I have no idea what markings would indicate that - I've never seen pickups in an ED that were confirmed as Maxon, would be interesting what the indications are.

Wish it were that simple. Maxon also wound pups for, you guessed it, Matsumoku! But in the very late 70's to late 80's they were prefixed with "MMK".
