New find at auction

Hello all,

I just won this in an estate auction and was looking for a bit more history on this (ie. What is the proper name for this model) as well as where I can find extra tuning caps (3 missing, see pics), and possibly the controls and switch for under the front plate. It plays very well but the controls and pickup selector switch might need to be changed out.

Which brand is compatible with this body type? Can I get away with what Amazon offers?
