When I came across this guitar I had a couple of surprises, the first was the weight, it must be over 9 pounds. The second was the tone and sustain, it is a lovely instrument to play. It does not have a ser.no. so I am hoping that someone with more knowledge then I can help me out. Thanks Ab Gamble

Is it a bolt on neck?

Charles, I should of taken a pic of the back, yes it is a bolt on neck. Do you have any idea what the body is made of? I am really surprised at the weight of this instrument.

Most likely the body is constructed from the usual mahogany back + maple cap, like a Gibson LP.
