It does not look Vintage, like if there was a recent production or re-use of the brand????

From what I've been able to tell those are from the 80's MIK era of the guitars - the superstrat copy era.
Not sure where the amps were made, but they look pretty ... budget.
Little solid-state jobbies that might be OK practice amps, but not much else. In my opinion...
