Ew, I don't think that's a transparent lucite guitar - appears to be a poorly sanded-off white guitar, to me.
That would explain the price, which I still think is too high for those cheap MIK MDF-board strats.
edit: took a closer look at the enlarged photo - yes, that's definitely a poorly attempted sanding job. My advice - leave it be, wouldn't even make good firewood.
