Looking for some information on an el Degas F195 that was left to me from my grandfather it has the label inside with model# F195 but does not say where it was made. If anyone can help me, I would appreciate it deeply....Thanks

If you have any photos, they would be helpful.
From my experience, the F- models are usually early MIJ (made in Japan) Martin copies. later on the model prefix changed to MT-.
