I have had these for a very long time. I am not exactly sure what the electric model is, but I know that the acoustic is a GB25 "Gibson Dove" copy. I absolutely love these guitars!
I think we've decided the electric model is El Degas' take on a Greco model? Barry may correct me here.
That Dove is a beauty, I have been watching for one of the MIJ Dove copies for a while (I owned and sold a MIK Dove copy).
I started ElDegas.com many years ago to help celebrate and inform about El Degas instruments. It all started with a used Ric 4000 bass copy I bought in circa 2000.
El Degas stable as of 03/2022: 42 (13 bass, 26 electric, 3 acoustic)
I am in a local band, and have to smile whenever someone asks to see my guitars. "I've never heard of that" is the most common response. I can't believe the neck is still true after all these years, it's never needed an adjustment. A little worn out from so much use, but great character and great sound. The only issue I have with the electric is finding a case. I had the one that came with it, but it unfortunately fell apart years ago. I posted here in the buy/sell section hoping to have some luck.
Very nice pair.
I also have a GB25 Dove (MIJ) which I've had for almost 40 years now (yikes!). Astonishingly, it too has never needed a neck adjustment! What a testament to Japanese craftsmanship.
As for the electric, my latest guess is that this design is based on the Greco G0900. Have a look at this thread for a discussion: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=982&start=15#p3681
