What a depressing Grey Cup finish!

Post by charles »

What an ending... definitely a surprise finish. Not the way the Riders should have gone out.

I'm a Saskatchewan boy, born and raised, so it was a hard loss to watch. Riderville was pretty quiet after that last play.

Anyone else watch the game? I'm normally not a big football fan anymore but I had copany in from out of town so we were at the Riderville celebrations and watched the game on the big screen. Great atmosphere, even though I am not a fan of big crowds.
I started ElDegas.com many years ago to help celebrate and inform about El Degas instruments. It all started with a used Ric 4000 bass copy I bought in circa 2000.

El Degas stable as of 03/2022: 42  (13 bass, 26 electric, 3 acoustic)

I was an 18 year season ticket holder of the real Rough Riders(Ottawa)

It was a great game and I was pulling for the green Riders. Cavis Reed the special teams coach that is taking the blame for the too many men call was a customer of ours at the delaership I work at when he was an assistant coach with the Renegades.

That's too bad. I know the way Rider fans hold grudges  so I worry that this one mistake will ruin a man's career.

I'm certain the Al's would have had the game hands-down if the kicker didn't need do-overs on 33 yard field goals
