El Degas uke

I just purchased a El Degas EU 52 uke at a second hand store it is in perfect condition,
was made in Japan does anyone know what its worth all strings looks like its never been used no scratches.
is this just a kids toy like I though. I paid 10 bucks for it

Could you post some photos?
I don't imagine there's a large demand, but I would be you could at least double your $10 investment if you find the right buyer

. Seriously, though, I have no idea on what the demand would be for an El Degas ukelele, in order to give a value.

just picked it up for grandson to play with then though maybe its worth something

It's certainly worth something, I was being facetious. Unfortunately I'm not sure what value to place on it since it's such a niche product and might be seen by some to be more of a novelty.

If it helps at all, we sell Fender brand ukes from time to time at the store. The basic mahogany model sells for just $99. Nothing fancy, kinda small but a real instrument. They go up (of course) depending on size and built in electronics, to about $299 for the larger (baritone?) with a single cut away, like a guitar. No kidding.
